At Alma Products Ltd, we have extensive knowledge in sheet extrusion, thermoforming and dry off-set printing. We supply to some of the most well-established food and drink brands and are consistently providing one-stop shop solutions. We are here to help every step of the way.
Alma Products Ltd produce a range of sheet for customers in the form fill seal market, from thin sheet at 0.20 mm, up to 2mm gauge in Polystyrene, Polypropylene and composites, with a capability covering Bicolour, Fat resistant, Light blocking and Barrier materials.
Our UK sheet manufacture, combined with our modern thermoformers allows us to produce a range of packs, from simple containers for liquid and dairy products, to technically advanced multipacks.
We offer a range of thermoformed products based on 71 and 95mm neck sizes, whilst we also can develop bespoke tools for novel packs in new size ranges.
We have developed formulas for our material recipes which are unique for individual customers for technically demanding applications. We also offer bio thermoplastics, whether in sheet form or as containers or pots.
We uniquely offer up to 9 colour printing and can print the most demanding of designs at the highest quality and speed in 71mm and 95mm.

We work closely with our tooling manufacturing partners to provide packaging design and development for bespoke packaging designs that can meet your most demanding of applications, whilst providing advice and support on reducing your packaging material costs.
Our Runcorn site is fully certified to the BRC Grade AA+ Standard, and we support our high quality standards with an experienced on site Technical team and a fully equipped laboratory.
From our central base at Runcorn, we provide our customers throughout the UK and Europe with short order lead times and consistent sector leading service levels.
